Do you see what I see??
The creaminess and that beautiful color of the spread on the baguette πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹
Well, this is my Beet and walnut Hummus..!!
It tastes so good that we are practically having this hummus with everything- salads, crackers, breads,roasted veggies and what not.!!
I am already in love with the color😍

Beet and walnut hummus

1 can boiled Garbanzo beans (skin peeled)
Handful walnuts
Beetroot boiled or roasted
2-3 Cloves garlic
Olive oil
2 tsp Toasted sesame seeds
2 tbsp curd
Salt, as per taste
Fresh lemon juice (optional)

1. Add everything in the blender except lemon juice and blend until it looks this creamy.
2. After it’s blended, add some lemon juice and mix well.
3. Plate it up and drizzle it with some olive oil.
You can also add chopped walnuts while serving for extra crunch.
Enjoy this over toasts or it also tastes great as a dip.

P.S If you have Tahini, you can add 2 tsp of tahini and skip adding toasted sesame. The key to the creamy texture is removing the skin of the beans.
