Crispy Buffalo Cauliflower Bites??

I have tried so many recipes for “cauliflower wings” and this one is THE BEST! It is so crispy! They look just like wings and they taste delicious?

Ingredients
– 4 cups of chopped cauliflower(about 1 head)
– 3/4 cups of unsweetened cashew milk (you can use any non-dairy or dairy milk desired)
– 1/4 cup of water
– 3/4 cup of flour
– 1 cup of panko bread crumbs
– 1 tbsp of olive oil
– 1 tsp of onion powder
– 2 tsp of garlic powder
– 2 tsp of paprika
– 1 cup of buffalo sauce

Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F
2. After washing and chopping your cauliflower, start mixing: garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and flour in a large mixing bowl
3. Add milk and water, whisk until there are no clumps
4. Toss in cauliflower until evenly covered
5. Add 3/4 cup of panko bread crumbs into a separate bowl and add the cauliflower, mix it up well so every piece is coated. Now add the remainder 1/4 cup of bread crumbs and toss it all together.
6. Get out a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and lay out your pieces evenly. Bake for 20 minutes flipping half way through
7. Now add your buffalo sauce and olive oil together, whisk well. Once it’s been 20 minutes toss your cauliflower in the sauce until every piece is covered
8. Add the cauliflower bites back onto your baking sheet and bake for another 20 minutes, flipping halfway through (or until you’re happy with the crispiness)
