CREAMY CASHEW DRESSING 🥗 🥪🥦 This is one of my favorite salad dressings because it’s rich, creamy and delicious 😋. 💯% plant-based and guilt-free. It’s the perfect ranch or caesar salad dressing alternative if you’re looking to ditch the dairy. It also makes a delicious dip or sandwich spread and the best part is that it’s quick and easy to make. 🤤


1 cup raw cashews
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, or to taste
1 tsp ground black pepper, or to taste
1 tsp sea salt, or to taste
Place all ingredients in a blender (vitamix will make it super creamy but any high speed blender will do) and blend on high until ingredients are smooth and creamy. Pour into a glass jar with a mason jar lid (preferably) and refrigerate. Will keep for about 1-1.5 weeks. Toss on salads or use as a dip or sandwich spread. Enjoy and here’s to your health‼️
