I used to be obsessed with how thick and dense the Starbucks lemon bread was and have failed at all recipes with lemon and/or poppyseed. BUT this is honestly maybe one of my proudest and favorite recipes 😂

Holy cow. The texture and flavor are sooo lemony plus the macros are amazing. I definitely recommend letting it sit in the fridge overnight to thicken up and it’s sooo freakinggg good y’all 🙌🏼

Recipe:
✨10g @pescience snickerdoodle
✨20g coconut flour
✨7g sugar free lemon jello mix
✨30g unsweetened apple sauce
✨1 egg
✨150g egg whites
✨splash of almond extract and poppyseeds
✨baking powder
▪️mix dry ingredients
▪️add one all others and stir until well combined
▪️Pour into mini bread tin loaf
▪️bake are 350 for about 20 minutes
▪️for these macros, cut into SIX

THATS IT AND MY GOODNESS TRY TO RESIST EATING IT RIGHT AWAY CAUSE THIS IS GOOOODDD 🍋 and obviously had to top with @americandreamnutbutter lemon butter
