I used the following ingredients:

✴Oats

✴Raisins

✴Vanilla protein powder (I used Fitdelis, the daily multivitamin blend from Holland and Barrett)

✴Unsweetened almond milk

✴Chia seeds

✴Vanilla extract

✴Ground cinnamon

✴Maple syrup (optional)

Chia seeds are high in fibre, a source of protein and a source of omega 3 fats. Omega3 essential fatty acids, the fats also known as “good fats” offer heart-health benefits.
