Vegetarian dishes also tastes damn good. Healthy. Tasty. Homemade.

Ingredients:
๐Ÿ‘‰ Soya Chunks
๐Ÿ‘‰ Onions
๐Ÿ‘‰ Garlic Paste
๐Ÿ‘‰ Green Chilli
๐Ÿ‘‰ Tomato Sauce
๐Ÿ‘‰ Soya Sauce
๐Ÿ‘‰ Vinegar
๐Ÿ‘‰ Chopped capsicum
๐Ÿ‘‰ Chilli Sauce

Directions:

๐Ÿ‘‰firstly, in a large kadai heat 4 tsp oil and saute 3 clove garlic andย 1 green chilli on high flame.

๐Ÿ‘‰also, sauteย 2 tbsp onion and 2 tbsp spring onion on high flame.

๐Ÿ‘‰further, add 10 cubes capsicum and continue to saute till they slightly change colour.

๐Ÿ‘‰additionally, addย 2 tbspย tomato sauce, 1 tsp chilli sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, ยผ tsp pepper and ยผ tsp salt.

๐Ÿ‘‰mix well and saute for a minute.

๐Ÿ‘‰add cornflour slurry andย mix until the gravy slightly thickens and turns glossy.

๐Ÿ‘‰additionally, add fried soya chunks and mix well.

๐Ÿ‘‰finally,ย transfer soya chilliย to a serving bowl and garnish with chopped spring onions green. serve withย fried rice.
