🥳Chickpea Peanut Butter Bars🥳⁣

I saw this recipe from @alyssakeyte the other day and I was so intrigued. The main ingredients in these bars are 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐬 and 𝐩𝐞𝐚𝐧𝐮𝐭 𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫, which means they’re full of healthy fiber, protein, and fat. ⁣

The 𝐚𝐥𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐝 𝐟𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐫 also adds some extra protein, making this a great recipe for an on-the-go snack! ⁣

Best part: just 1-2 squares really fills me up and satisfies that urge to snack on empty calories. 🙌🏼⁣

𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:⁣
• 1 15 oz can of chickpeas (drained)⁣
• 1/3 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)⁣
• 2 tbsp maple syrup⁣
• 2 tbsp coconut sugar ⁣
• 1/4 cup almond flour⁣
• 2 tbsp almond milk⁣
• 1 tsp vanilla⁣
• 1/4 tsp salt⁣
• 1/4 tsp baking powder⁣
• 1/4 tsp baking soda⁣

𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:⁣
• mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth (1-2 min, scrape sides once)⁣
• line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper, top with sprinkles, and bake at 350F for 25-27 min. Let them cool for 30 min (this is an important step!). Store in fridge. ⁣
