処分したい野菜や材料が冷蔵庫に沢山残っている時は鍋が一番!
I had a lot of veggies and leftover ingredients in the fridge. Nabe is one of the best way to use leftovers!

友人に貰ったマラペーストを入れて自己流のちょっと辛めのキムチ牛肉鍋に。
I made my own style nabe with kimchi, beef and mala paste I got from my friend.

鍋も野菜も辛い物も大好きなので大満足の一品でした。
I love Nabe, veggie and spicy food. So I am so satisfied!

息子からも100点もらったよ!

夜はご飯と卵を入れておじやに。旦那にはおじやバージョンの方が好評でした。
At night, I made Ojiya by adding rice and egg in it. My husband loved Ojiya version better.

お肉好きはお肉を沢山入れると美味しさ倍増!
If you love meat, go ahead to puts lots of meat. It takes great!

I shouldn’t use leftover pasta for it was ok but its even better using udon or egg noodle or shirataki instead.

One of the key was good meat. Australian shortplate was really really suitable with this menu.
