Cashew Pineapple Pesto ? SAVE this recipe ✨ It is simply a MUST try ??

This pesto recipe has to be one of my absolute favourites!
Served hot or chilled – you’ll love this pasta dish ?

Ingredients:
30g fresh basil leaves
105g cashew (unsalted)
2 medium cloves garlic
50g pineapple
Juice 1/2 large lemon (minimum)
6.5 tbsp olive oil
1.5 tsp agave/brown sugar
Salt/Pepper

Wash then pat dry basil leaves. Add all ingredients to a food processor, and blend until smooth. Taste for seasoning. Adjust salt/pepper/lemon to your liking.

This recipe makes enough pesto for approx 250g pasta (dry weight)
