Breakfast series: Rava panniyaram / Sooji paddu – yummy and light recipe and easy to make 😋
Ingredients – rava/sooji – 1cup, curd- 1/2cup, water -1cup, grated carrots &capsicum – 1/4cup, green chilly (chopped)- 1, chopped coriander leaves-1 tbsp, tumeric powder-1tsp, jeera -1tsp ( optional), oil ,salt to taste.
Preparation:
In a bowl add rava/sooji along with curd &water, mix it thoroughly without any lumps.
Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix and set it aside for 10-15 mins.
Aftr 15 mins, keep paddu/paniyara tawa, in each mould pour drops of oil/ ghee .
Then add the mixed batter to each mould and cook it on both sides ( flip gently), till it becomes slight golden brown.
Now the delicious dish is ready to be served, serve it with some spicy chutney🍜🍜
