Brazil Cilantro Pesto Linguine by @plantbasedrd

Pesto
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 cup fresh cilantro (can leave out and just add a full cup of basil below instead of 3/4 cup)
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Juice of 1 lemon
3/4 cup basil, packed
1/2 cup water
1 ripe avocado
Salt and pepper
.
Combine all ingredients except water in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add 1/4 cup of water and blend. Add remaining 1/4 cup of water to thin out further. Add additional water if needed if sauce is too thick (2 tbsp at a time). Use sauce as desired.
