Biscoff Cheesecake


Biscoff cheesecake

Ingredients:
-Base:
250 gr Biscoff cookies
75 gr butter, melted
-Filling:
500 gr cream cheese, softened
50 gr granulated sugar
250 gr Biscoff spread
1 tsp vanilla
300 ml heavy cream

Steps:
1. Line an 8-inch springform pan with parchment paper.
2. Mix cookies and butter in food processor and then press onto the springform pan, the. refrigerate.
3. Place sugar in the food processor and blend until it resembles a fine powder.
4. Whisk together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Then add the Biscoff spread and whisk until fully incorporated.
5. Add heavy cream and mix until mixture becomes thick.
6. Pour mixture onto pan and refrigerate overnight (or at least 8 hours).
