Bean Burgers are so DRY! Well, imma help you out today…Black bean burger on Ezekiel bread and a handful of veggie chips (beet, banana, sweet potato chips). I still need to perfect the recipe because they were a little too lose, but the FLAVOR GODS cake and did they THANG! Listen, it was so good. I’ll have another today. Make a batch and freeze them, pop them in the airfryer or oven and enjoy, hunty!!
Recipe:
1 large portobellos mushroom
1/4 of red bell pepper
1/4 of yellow bell pepper
1/4 of orange bell pepper
1/2 red/purple onion
1 c cauliflower (boiled or steamed)
1 can black beans
1/4 c oat flour
Seasonings
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2tsp Salt free Mrs Dash garlic and herb
1/2 tspSalt free Mrs Dash grill seasoning
1. Put all ingredients in a food processor (don’t have one; chop and mash everything together)
2. Roll and pat into patties.
3. Air fry 370 for 20 min
