Arroz a la Cubana for a full work day! ?

Ingredients

1/2 kilo ground beef
155g Jolly Green Peas @jollyeatsph
1 pc. large potato
1 pc. large carrot
1/4 cup raisins
6 pcs. cloves garlic (minced)
1 pc. medium onion (minced)
2 pc. tomatoes (diced)
1 pc. medium red bell pepper (diced)
1/2 cup water (add if needed)
Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation Time: 30 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 3-4 persons
Budget: 260 pesos

Directions
1. Heat the cooking oil in a pan.
2. Saute onion, garlic and tomatoes.
3. Add the ground beef, soy sauce and fish sauce. Stir. Reduce the heat to medium. Let boil and simmer for 9-10 minutes
4. Put the carrot and potato. Stir. Let simmer for 8-9 minutes until it becomes tender.
5. Next add the water, green peas, raisins, and bell pepper. Stir. Let simmer for 6-7 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
6. Serve with hot plain rice and fried banana (Saba).
