And…. I’m back with another #tuckertimesavers!! For the rest of the month I’ll be sharing on how I use okra for my time saver meals. Stay tuned and be sure to share with your loved ones 😊😊 Today we have an Okra and Cabbage stir fry. Get cooking🌻

Ingredients:
Okra
White cabbage
Carrots
Onion
Tomato
Garlic
Seasoning (all-purpose, soya sauce, salt, dried flake chilli and maggi)
Oil
White rice
Mint

Instructions:
1. Wash 1cup of rice until water is clear and put aside.
2. Put two cups of water on the stove to boil, with salt and fresh mint leaves. Once boiled remove mint leaves but keep water and add rice. If the water is plenty remove some (rice cooks through steaming not loads of water).
3. Roughly chop all vegetables.
4. In a pan, add oil. Once heated add onions, garlic, seasoning, carrots and white cabbage for about 5 minutes (until carrot is slightly tender and sauce has formed)
5. Add the okra! (For max 5 mins) then serve.
