โ€œ A very good morning ๐ŸŒž to all , today hubby wishes to have something โ€˜Englishโ€™ type for breakfast โ˜บ๏ธ, so here I go โ€œ ….

Extremely soft and healthy โ€œDragon fruitโ€ buns , perfect for breakfast/ snack time , really goes well with Cream Cheese ๐Ÿฅฏ.
A must try recipe!!

For me I m in love with the color (Dragon fruit) ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–

Recipe :
2 cups wheat bread flour
1 cup dragon fruit pulp
3 tablespoons sugar (I used little more )
1 teaspoon Dry yeast
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter (soft)
method :
Step 1) put all the ingredients in one bowl and knead it until it forms nice soft dough .(hand mixer would do miracles to end results)
Step 2) cover it for 2 hours ,let it be double in size .
Step 3 ) once first round of proofing is done , make small balls and let it sit for another 1 hour .
Step 4) once 2nd proofing is done then brush it with cold milk and put some sesame seeds and bake it for 20 mins !!
Wolaaa !! It is ready and your house will be smelling like Devine !!
