1. Muffins! You can put literally anything in a muffin. Sweet or savory, muffins make a great snack or side. The muffins in this pic were solely made to cut down on a stash of chocolate protein powder I bought a while back that tastes gross in anything else.

2. Cookies! Ok- maybe these aren’t savory, but you can put pretty much anything sweet in a cookie.

3. Stir fries! This is one of the best ways to use up protein and veggies. Throw in some rice, butter, and soy sauce for a one-dish meal.

4. Quiches! Eggs, cheese, bacon, veggies, onions, herbs, mushrooms, sun-dried tomatoes… The fillings are endless. For a 9×13 pan, mix a dozen eggs with a cup of milk and your desired filling. You can also pour the same ingredients into muffin cups for mini quiches. Bake at 350 til your desired doneness.
