To make restaurant style fried rice, 6 ingredients are absolutely essential – Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Fish Sauce, Oyster Sauce, White Vinegar & Garlic!

Kimchi is my favorite side dish and pairs so well with rice. (sometimes I eat Kimchi as a meal itself). This homemade Kimchi is my mama’s recipe. It’s so simple to make and doesn’t require a long fermentation process – you just have to use the right ingredients!
