Starting my vegan day with very simple breakfast – DIY Spinach & Mushrooms Puff.

I’m so in love with @tyjfood Spring Home Plain Paratha these days. It’s so versatile to make into different types of food, from traditional prata, to DIY pizza, to puff, and it’s done in just a few simple steps.

How I did it…
1. Let the paratha dough defrost a bit so it’s soft enough to fold.
2. Spread some @afp.sg butter on the paratha. Then put some @emborgasia mushrooms, some spinach, some chopped garlic, and black pepper.
4. Fold and seal the paratha with the ingredients inside.
5. I used microwave convection oven, set at 220°C for 10mins, then I turned it over and continue to toast for another 5mins. It’s OK to toast it shorter/longer timing to get your preferred crisp.
