Let the F🍁LL festivities begin! All the goodies and sweets are in full effect. I teamed up with Reko to create a fun and light hearted dessert using their Pumpkin Spice Pizzelles. It has fall written all over it.

Kahlua Pecan Pumpkin Pizzelles are filled a sweet and light pumpkin mousse, drizzled with caramel and Kahlua Candied Pecans. Ahhh… The combination is so tasty!

Reko Pizzelles are perfect for decorating, layering or snacking! They are light, crunchy and sweet , perfect for snacking! Look out for them at your local grocery store!

The needs and the how to….

1 Package Reko Pumpkin Spice Pizzelles

8oz. Cream Cheese
1 15oz.can Pumpkin Puree
2 tbsp. Brown Sugar
2tsp. Vanilla extract
1 c. Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4c. Granulated Sugar
1tsp. Cinnamon
1tsp. Nutmeg

*Mix together cream cheese, pumpkin puree, 1tsp. Vanilla extract and brown sugar with a hand mixer till a blended.
Make whipped cream using heavy whipping cream, granulated sugar and vanilla extract. Use a stand mixer to whip until peaks are formed.
Fold your whipping cream into your pumpkin mix and put into a piping bag.

Kahlua Candied Pecans:
2tsp. Brown sugar
3oz. Kahlua
1/4c. Pecan
*In a saucepan mixed ingredients together till bubbling turn off heat once the sauce is thickened.

Caramel sauce
4 oz la Lechara milk-based caramel
*Soften caramel in double boiler.

*Assemble as a pictured.
