2 ingredients, salmon & pomegranate molasses decorated with pomegranate seeds & coriander.A re post for Julia Berrige and also my brother who asked for a savoury dish…
Recipe
Allow 150-180 gm salmon per person.
Line an oven tray Or baking dish with foil.Place the salmon on top.Pour pomegranate molasses over the salmon.I don’t measure this but I guess about a dessert spoon per piece.
Cook at 180 degrees centigrade for 15 minutes if in individual pieces.If a side of salmon allow 30 minutes.Check the salmon is cooked with a kitchen knife.
The pomegranate molasses will become dark and sticky.
Decorate with pomegranate seeds & .green herbs..basil, coriander…
Very useful to cook for a few friends..
