If you are like me and most of the time like to try some new homemade food, follow this delectable savoury cranberries chicken coconut rice.

Ingredients:
🍎12 boneless skinless chicken thighs(clean, wash and dry)
🍎2 Cups basmati rice
🍎1 Large yellow onion, sliced
🍎1 large granny smith apple, sliced
🍎1 cup fresh cranberries, washed
🍎1 Cup mushrooms, washed and sliced
🍎1 Can coconut cream
🍎1 Tbsp coconut oil+1 teaspoon grape seeds oil of your choice
🍎1 teaspoon chopped rosemary and thyme
🍎1/2 teaspoon cumin
🍎1/2 cup hot water (broth)
🍎2/3 teaspoon saffron
🍎2/3 teaspoon pink salt
🍎2/3 teaspoon black pepper
🍎1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions:
1- Place a large skillet over medium heat, when it’s hot enough add oils.
2- Slowly add chicken, let it seared, turn over and seared other side. (about 5 minutes each side)
Take the things out of skillet.
3- place onion on the bottom of the skillet and place chicken on the top on onion.
4- Add cumin, salt, peppers, mushrooms, apple and coconut cream and saffron.
5- Cover the skillet and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
6- Wash the rice, make a whole in the middle of food and add the rice and boiling water.
7- Cover and let it simmer for about 30 minutes. (Until rice cooked truly)
8- Serve to your desire dish and garnish with herbs.
